About Me
I started out as an AI/ML engineer. In practice, the interesting part was rarely the model — it was the plumbing around it: the pipeline that read the documents, the agent that answered, the workflow that gave someone their afternoon back.
That’s the work I do now. I design and build AI automation — document and knowledge pipelines, chat and voice agents, and the integrations that connect the tools a team already uses.
I’m not trying to become part of the process. The job is a system that keeps running once I’ve handed it over.
